Replacement Pieces For Grandma's China

I am looking for Royal Bayreuth pieces. There is no pattern identified on the back of the china, but the number 45 or 46 appears in tan. The china has a blue and gold trim w/ clusters of 1 red rose, 2 orange daisies, green leaves underscored by an arched, blue fleur d'leis. These clusters are arranged in an even pattern interspersed within the trim.
